Most condos on Anna Maria Island face one direction. Bayview Condo B faces Sarasota Bay — and the view from your private balcony is the first thing you'll notice and the last thing you'll want to leave. Whether it's morning coffee with the bay glowing in the early light or an evening watching the boats come in, that balcony earns its place in every day of your stay.

This is a Bradenton Beach vacation rental that gives you both sides of the island. The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk away for beach days, surf, and sunsets. The bay is right outside your door for fishing, wildlife watching, and the quieter, more local pace that makes AMI feel different from every other Florida beach town.

The condo sleeps six comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own full bath. The guest room has two twin beds — ideal for kids or a pair of travelers who don't need to share. The living room sofa sleeper handles a fifth and sixth guest without crowding the space. A flat-screen TV in every room and a 65" TV in the living room mean everyone has what they need when the beach day ends.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack lighter and stay longer. The elevator makes arrivals, departures, and grocery runs easy — especially welcome if you're traveling with young children or guests who prefer to skip the stairs.

Outside the unit, the community pool is available for guests, and the shared dock puts fishing on Sarasota Bay within easy reach — no boat ramp, no gear rental, just walk down and drop a line. Beach equipment is included with your stay so you arrive at the Gulf ready to go.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and the historic pier are nearby. The free Anna Maria Island trolley means you can explore the full length of the island without moving your car once you've parked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved our vacation. It is in such a good location. I loved watching the sunrise off the bay in the morning and only being a couple minutes away from the beach. Our kids did plenty of fishing off the dock and we even did a private boat tour that was able to pick us up at the dock. That was super convenient. There was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen for my whole family to hang out when we weren't on the beach. I never felt cramped. The couches were super comfortable, and I loved the newer washer and dryer. Also, the master bedroom has lots of room and it was a nice place to watch tv and chill when our older kids took over the tv in the living room. There was great communication. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. We found out that we would have to go without power for 8 hours on our last day because of some electrical work on the whole complex. They did a great job of informing us in a plenty of time so that we could adjust our schedule for that day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Suggestions

I only have two suggestions. The first one is to suggest the window treatments in both bedrooms be updated as they face the outer hallway and people can see in. The second suggest is that specific instructions for navigating the cable for the living room television be left near the television.

Disappointing Stay with Communication Issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at this property after a last-minute switch from our originally booked accommodation, which was unavailable just four days before check-in. Unfortunately, the property management’s lack of empathy during this situation left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, we were greeted by cleaning supplies in the hallway, indicating that the cleaning staff was rushed. While they returned to finish up, it was evident that the job wasn’t thorough—dirty floors and an overall sense of haste were apparent. We appreciated the gesture of a gift card for our troubles, but it didn’t quite make up for the inconvenience.The property itself had some unexpected issues. There were no curtains or blinds in the living room, and the bedroom blinds didn’t close properly, making privacy a concern. Additionally, we struggled to find working outlets, which made it difficult to charge our devices.Another inconvenience was the locked bathrooms by the pool. Thankfully, our neighbors had keys from their property management and were able to help us access them.Communication also fell short; we received no information about amenities or important details following the abrupt change in location. This lack of clarity only added to our frustration.Overall, while we hoped for a positive experience, this stay didn’t meet our expectations. I would suggest looking for properties with better communication and attention to detail.
