The Space:

This delightful 1-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out couch with matching chair, built in kitchen seating with under-bench storage and a Smart TV. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

Relaxing getaway

Cute little cottage close to the beach and a short walk to bridge st pier. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the courtyard was delightful for sitting and reading. We appreciated having access to beach equipment and towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay at Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at Island Getaway. It was a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the Courtyard area for hanging out. It was a nice quiet place to enjoy. We walked everywhere. Chris was very responsive. We would love to come back again.

My husband and I had the best time here. The property is in a perfect location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Loved that they provided all the beach equipment we needed to get to and from the beach easily. The unit itself was perfect for our weekend getaway, very nice and cozy, just like in the pictures. We didn’t want to leave but already thinking of when we’re coming back ☺️

We loved the cottage. Everything was there including beach towels it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the two of us! When we come back to Florida we will be staying here again!

Close to everything…beach and night life!

A nice quiet area! There’s lots of space outside the bungalow to sit and relax or grill your dinner, then a short walk to enjoy the sunset on the beach. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Sweet island getaway

Highly recommend! Great location bay to the east and golf to the west. Trolly picks you up at the corner very convenient. Would stay at this location hundred more times.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!!

We had an excellent stay! Really clean and cute! Had everything you could need and then some for your stay! Really close to the beach and restaurants! We liked it so much we tried to extend our stay another day or two but unfortunately for us it was already booked. But we will definitely stay there again!!

I really liked the Island Getaway! I could see the sunrise and the sunset every day.

Property was nice a quiet. Beautiful garden inside. Only few steps to ocean on one side and nice bay on another. You are in between two beauties for sunrise on one side and sunset on other. It is close to restaurants and grocery store. The beach was clean and nice. Ocean water is clear.

A Perfect Florida Bungalow

We had such a wonderful stay at this Florida rental. The place was so clean and very charming. It lived up to it's description. The location was fantastic. A short walk to the fishing dock to watch the sunrise on the Intercoastal,. Another short walk in the other direction to a beautiful white sandy beach and gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay here again. We had rented a car but you could walk easily to the restaurants and the nightlife.

Great location!

We loved our stay. Apartment was small (not a lot of space to hang things or prepare meals) but we were able to make due. The location was superior! A short walk to the beach or the dock on the bay. Walking distance to good restaurants and a few shops. Lovely courtyard with cooking grills and tables with umbrellas. We suggest renting a car as supermarkets are a ways away. We will definitely try to get back to this location in the near future.

Perfect location.

Cozy cottage. Clean and nicely decorated .Easy walking distance to town and restaurants. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Really appreciated the free laundry and beach chairs. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly to an issue with the TV. The reason for not giving five stars is that the bathroom is really small.

What a great place!!

Location was awesome. Marc was easy to communicate with. The courtyard is beautiful with plenty of grills. The beach IS literally one minute walk. And the intercostal is even closer. Close by restaurants. Beds were comfy, air was cold. Place was sparkling clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy and cozy!!
