Girls Trip to the island !

We had a wonderful experience and a great stay. This is prime location! Walking distance to bars food and beach ! Would highly recommend!

Great location

This was our first time but it won't be our last. Great location that was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very inviting. Loved this trip and we will be back!

Great location

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and dinner/ downtown area. The bed in the unit was the worst though. Not sure if we would stay in this same unit again due to that.

Nice Accomodation

The apartment is the perfect size and in the perfect location. Many restaurants, the beach and other things to do within walking distance. The apartment has all necessary amenities and it was comfortable and clean for my husband and I.

Great location

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect. Could easily walk to beach and Bridge St. which was a fun spot. I would address 2 things that would have made it even better. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. Also the screened porch was very unappealing. It would have been lovely to have a table and chairs to sit at if we wanted to eat out there.

Perfect for quick getaway

Location is ideal for walking to beach, bars, pier, and restaurants. Perfectly comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet when we were there because most folks not yet there for the season

Great vacation

The condo was clean and the perfect size and location. The parking is more than enough for a golf cart and a car. You can walk everywhere and everyone who was staying/living there was very friendly. We will stay there again.

Perfect little apartment, close to entertainment & beaches

I loved:The comfort. Bed & pillows were great.The communication. Texts were answered immediately. I was able to extend my stay by 2 days with ease & no hassle. The pool & deck area. Lots of chairs and tables. The location. 1 block from Bridge Street & the pier. 2 blocks from a trolley stop. 2 blocks from the beach. The quiet. Condo was on a quiet street. The noise from the pool could be heard inside the condo, but most guests were respectful. If i was sitting on the screened in porch, I could faintly hear music from the bars on bridge street. What could be better:The security. Gates from the parking spots to the stairs to the units were all open. There did not appear to be cameras anywhere. As a female traveling alone, this made me nervous. Upkeep. The stairs were cement and have seen better days. The dryer vent is damaged and fell off when running the dryer. Overall. I'd stay here again. Perfect size for a solo trip or a couple. It's a good location with regards to bars, restaurants, and the beach.

The condo is very up to date, clean, and comfortable. Location is great. Pool we used just few times and really enjoyed it. The storage has some chairs for the beach, just umbrella is broken and one bike tires are flat. Otherwise me and my daughter had a great stay, cooked one dinner there. We found everything we needed!. Also it is quiet at night time. Location is great, few steps from the beach and nice restaurant on the beach. I would highly recommend this rental, and I actually already did!. It was great stay before college drop off! I reached out the management since we arrived late. I received immediately response and we had no issues to get it. Thank you!

Our arrival was stressful as we had La k of information and we’re trying to get in using a key lock

Once we realised the elock was in the door we got in but our arrival was stressful in the dark and late at night from UK. However your tr were responsive and with a couple of other issues sorted them out promptly we would book again with you . We had a lovely week at the condo. It was very quiet and well appointed we enjoyed our stay after the initial issues we experienced.

Nice condo close to everything

Nice condo, located close to shops,restaurants and beach. Space was clean and orderly, Kitchen was under stocked, condo needs more storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Bed and sofa are in need of replacing. It is located up 28 steps on the 3rd floor, not a bad hike up, but elderly or handicapped may have issues.

Great Rental, Awesome Location

This rental is awesomely located on Anna Marie Island and is next to the boardwalk which has plenty of food and shops. It’s also just a few blocks away from the beach which (during our stay) was not nearly as crowded as a lot of the other beaches in the area. The rental itself is really nice and felt very homey. There are enough basic appliances to get you set up and all are in good condition. Information was pretty clearly presented about the rental and its policies. The only issue was a couple of dark corners that had not been fully cleaned and the outside walkways being especially dirty. I would definitely recommend this rental to someone wanting a conveniently located and beautiful stay on Anna Maria Island.

Fall Break Stay

The condo was very clean. I liked that it was updated. I was unable to open blinds to see the view, all of the rods were stripped. I was unable to get there until the next day and then had to lug my luggage up three flights of stairs. Overall, I enjoyed the time. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

AMI condo

The unit was great as far as space and amenities. Location was excellent. The rugs, however, need shampood or replaced and the upholstery needs cleaned. Otherwise, the place was clean. I did have a problem with the roofing project going on while there. I stepped in a roofing nail and ran over one with my car which required replacement of the tire. I understand that maintenance needs to be done from tim to time but it shouldn't cost the tenants. All in all, it was a good place to stay as it is close to everything. Would stay here again.
