Beautiful Condominiums located directly between the beach and the bay. Miles of sandy white beaches to walk along. Gorgeous Sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico off of your front balcony. These Condominiums were recently built and nicely furnished. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so view them below. Anna Maria Island is a great vacation spot, you are just two hours from Disney, an hour from Busch Gardens. You can walk along miles of some of finest beaches, free trolley rides all over the island, many water sport activities, or just relax and watch the Sunset.

Within walking distance of many fine restaurants, shops, boating, and fishing. A scenic pathway takes you to the bay, where you can watch dolphins play, pelicans fly, and Sailboats travel along the waterway.

Everything was great - condo, location & the beach were great. The beds & pillows were all comfy. Plenty of beach items in the garage, the only item missing was a cooler. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend), but an easy walk to Bridge Street restaurants & shops.

Great place to rent for vacation

This was pretty close to perfect. It was very clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware- everything that was necessary for cooking. It was a very quiet location, and very close to the beach. The contact and manager was exceptional and he always responded to all questions and issues almost immediately. There was also an elevator because there were lots of stairs.

Great beach location

Very nicely sized 3 bedroom condo with garage on lower floor, living area on second floor and bedrooms on upper floor. Beds are comfortable. The complex is nicely situated with a walk across the street to the beach, and walking distance to the restaurants in Bradenton Beach. Trolley stop is 50 ft away for trips to the north end of the island. I want to specifically thank our host Rick and the owner who clearly worked hard to get this property ready for our visit. At the time of our stay, a good 30% of the island rental units were still being repaired so we felt lucky they got the unit ready for us post-hurricane. Great comms the whole time as we approached our dates. Thank you Rick!

We had a wonderful time. The elevator was a great convenience although the 3rd bedroom was extremely small, no closet. The location was really good, beach was a short walk across the street and shopping and dining were also within walking distance. It was a nice place.

Nice place. Great location to beach, and bay access. Everything you need is there at the house. Even had chairs, floats, beach wagon, etc. Stairs are rough, but elevator came in handy for luggage, and groceries. Awesome vacation and house.

Well appointed condo with all amenities

Excellent stay at Bermuda Bay Club!! So close to beach. We flew in and Ubered everywhere and worked out great. Very clean. Beach towels and beach wagon, tube, noodles, and boogie boards all in basement. Water was beautiful! First day we saw manatee and dolphins! Pool also very nice and has shade in afternoon and was never that busy. We did not use the community bar b que but I saw other people use it.

Bermuda Bay lives up to all it says.

Bermuda Bay is a beautiful set of town houses. Number 9. our unit was everything we had hoped for and more. Plenty of everything we needed to make our stay one of the best vacations we have taken as a group.

Dryer did not work properly. Found trash behind table in bedroom. Found sock under corner of bed from previous stay. Old furniture in garage. On the plus side location was great! Elevator was definitely handy!

Really enjoyed the location: close to beach, pool and hot tub, and fishing dock. Walk or take convenient free bus to several restaurants, but we enjoyed the fishing shacks across the Cortez causeway the most. We had booked a 3-bedroom in case our son's family could join us. They could not, but honestly I don't think it would have worked great with a todler. The stairways are not easily gated and the bedrooms are on top of each other. Elevator was convenient for bringing up luggage and groceries! I felt like I was annoying the property manager/ realtor, because there were a few maintenance issues, the only one not addressed was the main bedroom ceiling fan/ light did not work at all.

Great condo mine from the beach

The condo was great. Elevator was perfect for luggage, groceries, and my aunt who couldn’t do the stairs all the time. Garage had chairs, umbrella and things for the beach. Beach is right across the street and not a congested area. Only issue we had was with the dryer on the last day and it wouldn’t dry the towels. Turned it three times to dry but towels were still wet. Reported to the property manager. Also, looks like the door code does not change between guests. I would recommend and feel safer if the code for the door be changed between guests. If someone who has stayed there in the past remembers the code they can get in.

Fabulous week on AMI

We honestly chose this rental largely due to price. We usually rent a house but found most houses out of our price range. We were NOT disappointed with this rental! The location was excellent! Easy walk to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. The property was as described. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The balconies were great for morning coffee. We had an issue with the washer & dryer that was resolved instantly over the phone with simple instructions from the owner. The elevator in the unit was so helpful with bringing up luggage and groceries. We brought our own beach chairs & towels but didn’t need to. There were plenty of both provided. We had the most amazing week on AMI and hope to return next year. Would absolutely rent this unit again!

Relaxing stay

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for us with the beach right across the street. All the supplies we needed were available during our stay, kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The local trolley was great for getting around town, to other beaches or to the grocery store. Overall we were very pleased with the condo!

Birthday celebration at gulf.

The property was very nice and convenient to beach. Our bathroom lavatory and counter was not wiped clean, had hair and dust on it. There were only two bath cloths for the six of us. Plenty of towels,but old and dingy. We found water and wet cloths in washer when we arrived. Dryer takes forever to dry towels. Kitchen & pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful to have elevator to get our luggage up to bedroom. We would go back again.
