RVA features The Beach Club at Anna Maria. Old Florida charm meets modern, designer-decorated decor at this private, un-crowded hideaway. Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #3 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.



Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.

For your convenience, an amenity "Starter Kit" is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Very happy

Although the place could be updated some we had no complaints at all. The location was amazing. Check-in was easy and informative and everyone was very friendly. We had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend. There is nothing better than less than one minute walk to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started bad with a very small studio with the Bed almost touching the kitchen. It's too small. But the company switched us to a one bedroom and that made it a good experience. The one bedroom is very nice and it's across the street from the beach.

Fantastic location!

We really enjoyed this unit. It was clean, the location is incredible (beach access within seconds of walking), and the amenities were great for a quick weekend. The only two things that made me pause was the extremely uncomfortable pullout bed, which isn’t a make it or break it but still was a bummer since I couldn’t sleep, and the listing photos. Inside, everything is accurate in the listing but the specific unit we had did not have the upstairs ocean view like the photos displayed. Maybe I didn’t read the photo caption correctly but it was a bit of a bummer. Regardless, it was a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely be back!

The linens and towels were good quality, everything was nicely cleaned, some toiletries, tiny bottle of dish soap and dishwasher soap, and packets of coffee/stirrers were included as was a roll of paper towels. All of that was a first for us in a condo. Everything was in great working order. And everyone working there was so nice! Only thing I could say against was that some dishes were not completely clean in the cupboard and the location is on a curve so difficult to see cars coming. But we will definitely be back!
