Welcome to Bayberry Cottage North! Experience coastal living in this delightful and charming retreat, located in one of the narrowest parts of the island, +/- 400 feet (2 min walk) from the pristine white sands. Lots of natural sunlight and a beachy décor. Features: heated pool and a completely private, lush green backyard with high privacy fenced in backyard. Relax on the pool loungers and prepare meals on the gas grill.
Bright and beachy atmosphere accommodating up to 6 "berry" happy guests when you include the sleeper sofa.. The primary bedroom opens up to a beautiful and quiet haven through french doors and full bathroom with shower/tub., Each bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. There is also a half bath for convenience. The kitchen includes essential supplies such as a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. Cable TV in living room as well free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Open floor plan creates a welcoming space for entertaining and family fun.
The 4.8-star Salt Bar Grill restaurant just around the corner, offering daily happy hours and one of the best Sunday Brunches on the island. We hope you have a delightful stay with us. Your perfect beach retreat is here!

Great Spring Break
We came to the area for the first time for a short spring break trip. This property was awesome. It had everything we needed down to a cooler to take to the beach . The location was wonderful and the beach was a very short walk. The property was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard and pool area. Nearly Salt Bar and Table was fabulous.

The property was exactly as advertised. We were really pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. It was spotless. Quick walk to the beach, with an access point just a 2-3 minute walk from the property. Everything worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, pool was great (and heated). Quick drive/trolley ride to everything and grocery store less than a mile away. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Adorable Cottage, Great Location
This cottage was a perfect getaway spot for myself and my daughter over the holiday weekend. It is within a couple blocks from the beach. It offered a good supply of beach chairs, wagons and towels. It was very cool and windy on the beach during our stay, so having the secluded back patio to enjoy the outdoors and sunshine came in handy. Overall, it was a clean, well-decorated, lovely cottage.

Awesome location. One block from beach. Super easy to walk back and forth. Great having the pool in the back too. Owner checked in with us to ensure we were having an awesome time. One thing that was super cool…owners have beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella for you to use. I would def stay here again.

We will be back
This was a much needed beach vacation for my wife and me, no kids or grandkids. The property was Just as described. Super clean, about a half a block to the beach, quiet, private, everything you would need, plenty of towels, only negative was that the ice maker wasn’t working, but there is a Circle K less than a block away, so just go buy a bag of ice!
Close to everything. We drove to Publix and various restaurants, but many would be walkable. We both agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon.
