A fabulous totally remodeled and decorated west/east side unit 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath elevated two level duplex home. New tile floors throughout with kitchen with new appliances. Tasteful turnkey furnished king in the master and two twins in the guest room along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All in one Washer/Dryer in each unit.

This condo will accommodate 12. A tropical yard setting with a nice seating area, with a Fire Pit Area.

A private sundeck for each unit to enjoy your sunrise morning coffee. Two car garage under building for each unit and a downstairs sitting area with grill and firepit. Newly painted interior and exterior. Storage area equipped with a beach buggy, chairs and beach equipment. recreational vehicle storage for Boats, Trail, Jet Skis, RV).

This spacious duplex is located just 1 block to the bay, which offers a kayak launch, playground and basketball court.

Very good, beach was great

Loved the location to the beach and the amenities but the linens were not changed when we checked in. Took a while to reach someone but it was taken care of that night.

Fabulous spot to stay so close to many thing to walk also so close to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week on AMI. Getaway Retreat is in a great location with the ocean two blocks down and the bay right behind you. We had a couple issues at the beginning of the week, but Island Vacation Properties went above and beyond to make sure they were resolved. I highly recommend the Getaway Retreat!! Thanks for a another great trip to AMI!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay at the rental. Couple things that I would consider repairing in Rental B. 1) Shower Head leaks at the hose connection2) Washer and Dryer combo unit was very slow. 3 hours to complete a small load.3) Fish smell in fridge and freezer was horrible. Ice was always stinky. I would prohibit people from putting bait in the fridge. 4) Little sewer smell of back deck and side yard could use a little love.Just letting ya know.....Thanks againRoger
