One block from the bay — and the bay here means a kayak launch, playground, and basketball court within easy reach of the front door. A Getaway Retreat B is the east side of the duplex — the same two-level layout and outdoor setup as Side A, with its own private sundeck, downstairs firepit and grill area, and two-car garage underneath the building.

The private sundeck is the morning spot — the right orientation for sunrise coffee before the beach day begins. The downstairs sitting area has the gas grill and firepit for the evenings. The two-car garage is underneath the building — covered parking for both vehicles, which is a genuine rarity in Bradenton Beach.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer handles the week's beach clothes. The kitchen has new appliances throughout. High-speed WiFi included.

The storage area on the ground floor has a beach cart with chairs and full beach gear — grab everything and head to the beach. The tropical yard has comfortable seating for the afternoons.

The beach is a walk from the property — the bay is one block, the Gulf beach is further. Worth knowing if beach swimming is the priority. The free AMI trolley stop is within walking distance for getting around without a car.

Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee. Parking for two vehicles in the garage.
