"The room was dirty and not comfortable. The bed only had one pillow and a super hard head board that you keep hitting your head on during the night. The pillow was not comfortable and felt like it held in heat. The area did not feel safe. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and ended up checking out the very next morning and not even staying. We went and booked at a different hotel instead and just sucked up the cost on this one just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and have no other options. "

"They weren't even open! When we arrived there was a sign on the door stating they were temporarily closed.... seriously? I'm getting a refund but finding another room at the last minute wasn't easy."

"This place was very nice! Lots of charm and small touches. The neighborhood was safe and having the garage was great. Miles was very accommodating and the communication was fabulous. We were here for an event at the convention center. The travel back and forth was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. "
