Very nice, properly well-appointed, cleaned, and very functional. I could not have asked for their accommodations at the price, and it makes for a wonderful location from which to explore Montana and Yellowstone.
We were in town for a wedding, and stayed extra for exploring in the area. This was a very accessible location for our daily treks out hiking, to visit family, and to check out Bozeman's downtown and various attractions.
The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and the space was clean. There are room darkening shades on the windows too - which was great for helping us sleep better.
The only suggestion we would make for the space is to have places in each room to store clothes. The master has enough closet shelves, but the other two rooms only had room to hang up items - a dresser or shelving would be very helpful!
All in all, we would love to have this be our regular place to stay when we visit the area - it checked all of our boxes!

Nice new home
This was a very new home so it was very clean and neat. The kitchen had a good set of dishes but was missing a few extra, like a cheese grater. The biggest disappointment was that the fireplace did not work. I contacted the property management but they did not respond. It was very cold and snowy and the fireplace was a big reason we chose this rental. Otherwise, it was a nice house.
We had a great visit to Bozeman staying at the house. Bonus was access to the garage. Property manager was great to work with. House was clean, well stocked, and inviting for our family and dog. We’ll be back!
We were celebrating our daughters MSU Nursing graduation and these accommodations were fabulous! 6 adults with pets fit excellently. The beds were quite comfortable, kitchen well stocked, tastefully appointed, very clean, and garage parking a plus. We enjoyed the living room with fireplace as the weather was unreasonably cool! We would definitely book again. The only thing I would suggest is applying a little WD 40 to the front door hinges....pretty loud.Absolutely a fantastic rental!
Other than the owners car taking up space in garage requiring us to wait three days to get out of ours it was a wonderful rental. They do need to add a few things, so I left a list.

DIRTY HPUSE OF HORRORS
Arrived in the evening to find dirty bed linens & towels piled in rhe laundry room. UGH!Called property manager who sent aomeone within an hour who made the beds up.After more calls and complaints over the next few days about things like poopy toilets, hair & makeup in sinks, old food in fridge and trash not removed - all things WE cleaned up. (GROSS VACATION). Property Manager ( Cory) finally confessed the unit did not get cleaned.WE followed up with emails & calls to her asking for refund of our cleaning fee - which we finally got by callung Evolve the rental listing/payment processor company. Basically making our entire stay a big hassle.dealing with problems. The unit itself was nice. The property manager was not!!!
