This was an absolutely wonderful stay. I highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel room itself was clean and updated. We are huge on having a nice clean shower and the shower was amazing! Felt completely safe here with not one issue. I would definitely stay here again

The premises were neat and tidy. Every two days, the rooms undergo some cleaning. The hotel staff promptly delivers any requested items to your room. However, we encountered an issue with the rate discrepancy between Expedia and the hotel. Despite the availability of the desired 2 queen beds, The hotel failed to honor the Expedia rates, resulting in a higher price than initially quoted, even after we called to verify. Additionally, there was a slight unpleasant odor in the room. On a positive note, the parking facilities were good and the atmosphere was peaceful. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. Lastly, the pool was clean and not overcrowded. Hopeful this helps.

Property was clean and well kept but I booked a suite with 2 queen beds for my family of 5. Upon arrival I got a king which cause 2 of my guest to sleep on the floor. The front desk person acted as if he didn’t understand what I was asking. Upon check out no compensation was offered.

Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by a friendly person checking us in. He was so cheerful and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast buffet in the morning and the heated pool. We loved the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the property. There are tons of restaurants and stores in the surrounding areas and a quick drive to the beach. We chose this hotel for the suite option and we were so happy we did!

The General Manager and desk clerk Fabian were absolutely outstanding. We've own several hotels for years and wanted to tell the GM to fire Fabian because he was so outstanding, so we could hire him for ourselves. The whole staff was great as well. I recommend this hotel highly.

I stayed 4 nights at this property and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I gave a 4 star rating because as we were ending our stay and getting onto the elevator, there was a roach on the door frame. This was no "bug", it was a roach. This was the first sighting of any bug, roach or insect during our entire stay and we were literally checking out to head to the airport. Overall, the experience was great!

1) We got a room with a balcony because we enjoy sitting outside. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were right above the main entrance and people were constantly smoking just below us. Not a good situation for non-smokers. Smoking areas should be AWAY from the general public. Big turn off! 2) The shower: basically impossible to keep the water from dripping on the bathroom floor because of the "OPEN" design of the shower. Whoever designed this obviously never tried using it. 3) Toilet paper: will hotels EVER get this right. Thin, single ply toilet paper is best used in flop houses, not expensive hotels. If the guest uses 3 times as much toilet paper, where is the savings? This is industry wide, so apparently, none of the brass have figured this out yet. Other than that, staff was friendly, safety did not seem to be an issue, A/C worked well, no other complaints.

We will consider your suggestions for the toilet paper as well as the design of the shower for when we plan our next renovations.
