Great place close to the mountain

We love staying at Mountain Run @ Boyne Mountain. It is steps away from skiing and all of the amenities at Boyne Mountain. The heated pool and hot tub are a bonus. Thanks!

Staff was so friendly, prompt communication, shuttle service to the mountain (it’s literally right there) which makes it convenient to pop back and forth for lunch, etc. was super clean and a lot of space (we stayed in 2 bedroom)… was cozy and comfortable! We will stay here again!

Great for a ski trip

Check in was not ideal. We got there late and were issued a temporary key card. We had to go back in the morning to "properly" check in. It would be better if the intermediate step wasn't necessary. Other than that we have no complaints. It was clean, quiet and close to the slopes.

Great space

Perfect condo for our family of 4. Two good size bedrooms bathrooms and great living area. 2nd floor - no elevator for those that need it. But not unreasonable amount of schlepping.

Nice! Minor annoyances.

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, so lots of room. Sound insulation wasn't great as every time a neighbor came or went our unit would shake from their door shutting. The master bathroom sink sloped towards the wall so you couldn't use the left side to set anything on or it would be soaked. Could have used more than the one small towel rack in the bathroom. My bed squeaked, but I brought a noisemaker so I don't think I woke up anyone when I rolled over in bed and the mattress was very comfortable! The thermostat seemed to be just decorative as it was 74 when we arrived even though it was set to 71. I turned it down to 63 for sleeping and it was 74 when I woke up, so the thermostat obviously doesn't affect the temperature. Could use more than one luggage rack per bedroom as my hubby and I each bring a suitcase.

Nice alternative to Boyne Resort

This property is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has king bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for storage. The 3rd "bed" is a pullout in the living room.Pros: This unit is a cheaper alternative to staying at Boyne Mountain Resort. Its located on the property but off to one side. The unit kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment, but no spices etc. The unit is good size, nice fireplace, the shower in the master was a really nice walkin. The unit includes a small storage closet for ski equipment in the locked hallway just outside the building.Cons:This property is a bunch of condo buildings together like a neighborhood. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center are located at the checkin building, this makes it a little inconvenient when staying during winter months. The building we were assigned to didnt have enough parking spots out front, so we had to park around the corner which is terrible when hauling skis. I know thats not the owners fault as units are assigned at check in. The tvs dont have any streaming apps and the only way to get them is to check out a cord to hook your phone up yo the tv from the front desk by leaving your ID.

Check-in was very smooth staff was extremely friendly The resort was absolutely amazing the condo itself had everything needed and if it didn’t have it in the room the staff delivered any extra items right to your room, very accommodating The beds were very comfortable and the showers were amazing. Overall a great experience Can’t wait to stay here again!

First time staying at this location and we definitely would return. The communication was great with both the Host and Staff at the complex.
