Welcome to Havens House. A fully renovated, modern feel; with all new finishes, quartz countertops, tiled bathrooms and comfy cozy beds. 1st floor bedroom and full bathroom.
Newly renovated basement with walk out to patio/fire area. TV,game are, bunk room with toys and laundry access.

This beautiful space is a moment's walk from thousands of acres and hundreds of miles of state forest trails. Perfectly located just 5 minutes' drive from Walloon Lake, 15-20 minutes to Boyne Mountain and Petoskey, and an hour from Mackinac.
Pet friendly, but with a fee.($40/pet per stay.)

This property was so much better than we imagined! Extremely cute and cozy, plenty of comfortable sleeping space, extra blankets, pillows and towels and they had the best toys and games for the kids. Everyone was very happy with our stay and the host was excellent in communicating. Highly recommend!

Charming, just as described!

Great vacation rental with a wonderful host! Excellent communication and the home is exactly as described. We enjoyed the space and appreciated the option to bring our little dog. The location is kind of far away from the things we wanted to do and found ourselves in the car a lot. But that’s on is for not knowing the area when we booked!! Overall great place!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. Furniture and fixtures were new and modern, appliances all new and clean. It had everything we needed to cook including a high-end blender and quality cutlery. Host communication was impeccable. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Winter/Holiday week ...to go Skiing

WOW ...What a great PLACE and equally great HOST. We had an awesome trip ...thanks to an amazing Owner/Host who clearly LOVES what she does. Melissa was super accommodating, responsive, flexible and helpful. The home was uber clean, on trend style-wise and fully stocked with what you need to have a great little vacation. We had a time...and we will be back! You will love the experience!

Nice, peaceful get away

The house is quaint and clean and a fabulous place to stay. The host is communicative and very responsive to emails. The picture make the house look a little larger than it is. It was great for six people. It sleeps ten but I believe that would be a bit crowded. The location was very close to downtown Walloon Lake. Not far from many other Northern great small towns. We would recommend this house for sure, just for a group of six or less.

Enjoyable stay, minor issue

Great place to spend w/Family. Everyone had good privacy since they had separate rooms. Only minor complaint was we had to wipe down all surfaces, kitchen appliances, utensils, counters, chairs & such due to dust. Appeared nobody had stayed in the property for a while. Not a huge deal since we had many people to help get it done quickly, but since you are paying a cleaning fee it kinda hurts.

Family Wedding

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very well equiped, with an abundance of blankets and pillows, with comfortable beds. We were in town for family wedding, and really only slept there.

Michigan Connection

Haven House is an absolutely lovely home, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable! Our host, Melissa, provided so many extras to make us feel welcome - chocolates, a bottle of wine, and more - and communications were easy and responsive. Great central lication for day trips to Mackinac, Petoskey and Boyne City. We will definitely book here again!

Clean, Cozy, Modern, Spacious, Amazing!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a great weekend of skiing. This home was incredibly accommodating, very inviting and close to Boyne Mountain, which was perfect! It is in a super quiet area so no need to worry about noisy neighbors. Overall, an awesome place to stay. Would recommend and absolutely stay here again.

We found Melissa’s vacation home to be just what was advertised and what we needed. We had a wedding that we had to drive up for on the 4th of July weekend and asked to get in early to be able to change. Melissa kept us informed and got us in hours before the ceremony. The home was well equipped, including a bottle of wine and peanut butter cups. We will be back again if we are in the area.
