About this property

Enjoy Summer just off Mtn Villa pool, sleeps 12, spacious condo

  • There are three bedrooms and a loft as well as three full baths. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a twin and a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin and queen bed with two twin beds in loft in this room. Sleeper sofa in living room. The den has plenty of seating and there is a large kitchen table for dining or playing games. Full kitchen with everything needed to dine and cook.

    If you need more space, we rent 3 other condos in this same building and 8 more in this same village.

    A short walk takes you to the resort at Boyne Mountain and the waterpark, Sky Bridge, shops, restaurants and spa services . Just over the mountain, Deer Lake and golf. Or, hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 7 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain. Mackinac Island is only an hour away. Perfect place to enjoy everything UP NORTH!

We had a wonderful stay! The condowas very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
