Best Location Ski In/Out Condo @ Boyne Mountain- Walk To Village

This beautifully renovated Ski In/Out condo is in a perfect location at Boyne Mountain nestled right at the base of the main ski runs and adjacent to the retail Village & Avalanche Bay Waterpark. Park your car right next to the condo and leave it be for your entire stay, for you can walk to everything Boyne has to offer from this prime location. From this condos' back deck you can watch your little ones in Ski School right behind the condo or watch them ski down Boyneland......the 6 Man chair and new Boyneland chairs are right behind this condo as well as the Helga House Ski School and Day Care Center. Walk to the spa at the Grand Lodge and rent a pass to use their pool, hot tub, gym and spa treatments in just a few minutes. In the summer, the Mountain Villas pool is right out the front door as well that you have free access to. Walk over to one of the many fire pits and make a S'more, play some corn hole or even try a zip line.

This condo underwent a major renovation and is considered one of the nicest units in all the Mountain Villas, combine that with the prime location and you will be very happy with your choice of condos to spend your vacation. Condo features extensive slate flooring, stainless steel full size appliances, all granite countertops, leather furniture, flat screen TV's, and yet offers a rustic feel with hand made wood furniture. We just added log cabin looking bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and a full on the top. Installed a brand new hot water tank in February of 2023.

Poolside front bedroom offers the queen & full bunk bed and 1 other queen bed plus a loft with one queen and one twin bed and a just renovated tile shower, Flat Screen TV / DVD / Large Closet.

Slopeside Bedroom has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, large granite full bath, ski rack and a ski boot changing bench along with a extensive wall unit for holding all your ski gear during your stay.

Main Great Room has a large flat screen TV / DVD, gas insert fireplace, extending dining table, leather sectional sofa and leather chair with ottoman. If you intend to cook on your vacation, the kitchen has a full size Oven/Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge w/Ice maker and all the essentials to make your favorite meals.

If cooking isn't your thing, your only steps away from all the best Boyne has to offer for dining, Stein Eriksen's dining in the clock tower, Everett's in the Mountain Grande, Trophy Room Pub Pizza in the Clock Tower, Forty Acres Tavern, Mountain Express Deli & Provisions in the village, Kilwins Ice Cream in the village, Apes Ski Pub in the waterpark , the Cafeteria in the civic center and of course the Snowflake Lounge in the clock tower.

We loved the location of this condo for our summer stay with kids (the pool is so close!). The place is spacious and bright. We had an issue with housekeeping but the host responded quickly and that was appreciated.

Perfect location for a ski trip

We loved everything about this stay. The check in instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. I had a few questions for the owner before our stay and they were very responsive. The unit is very nice and clean, but the best feature is the location. It was so nice being so close to the lifts, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Pre Christmas get away

The condo is in a great area, easy walk to get to the water park, shops and restaurants. It was spacious for all 9 of us! The kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The condo was very clean!!! I would love to come and stay here again.

Amazing location

The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 5 teens. A true ski in/ski out location, as well as extremely close to Boyne village made this our new favorite place to stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again and would recommend this condo. Thank you!

March Break Skiing Stay

The place was just as listed, very close to the slopes which made it simple to get in and out. The property was clean with the exception of the 2nd bathroom ceiling in the shower. The property manager was easy to deal with and very quick to respond. I would stay here again.

Excellent Condo and Location

Todd's Condo was all it described and more. Spacious, well put together and easy to access made our long weekend very enjoyable. Whether doing activities at the Lodge or skiing this condo is situated in a great location. Plenty of room and beds made it perfect for our family of six and parents who enjoyed all the fall activities at Boyne. Todd was a great host and all directions for use were simple, clear, and prompt. 100% recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location for Skiing

Second Level condo, with front and rear access. This unit will sleep 8 comfortably. The upper loft area is very tight, would be good for kids. Has full size appliances, could use an upgrade on the cookware and utensils. Everything worked and we were comfortable during our stay.

So Close to Conference Center !

Staying on the property for an annual fall conference. The close proximity to the conference center was just excellent... the very short walk to the conference Center and restaurants was so nice -especially since it rained each day. Even though it was rainy, the condo was great and cozy as promised and the fall colors on Boyne Mountain and on the drive up from Southern Michigan were FABULOUS - rain and fog and all.

2 day family trip

We had a family of five stay here for two days of skiing. We wanted something on the slopes so we could arrive and not have to drive anywhere. This certainly fit the bill. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ate dinners the the onsite restaurants and was easy walk at end of day. We did some minor cooking for breakfast and lunches at the condo. The location was good as we started on the bunny hill for family to “remember” how to ski. Then we jumped right to the high speed lift for remainder of our stay. We didn’t move the car until time to go home. You can ski right to your condo, and just a short walk to get onto the slopes when headed back out. Would stay again.

We were impressed.

This was our first stay with Vrbo. The instructions to access the Condo were excellent. The host may want to add instructions to lock when leaving, "you need to push the lockset button twice." The location was so close to the Skybridge chair lift and the Avalance Bay water park, we couldn't believe it. Thanks for sharing Todd.

Location, Location

We were in town for a soccer tournament and it coincided with Boyne's Skitoberfest, so the location of this condo right next to everything Boyne has to offer was perfect for us. The unit was clean and although "dated" we were very comfortable! The dated part makes it feel like more like the nostalgic old Boyne of my childhood, lol. The third bedroom loft, which is off what I would call the family bedroom, was a hit with the kids as their "own space". I liked that the two full suite bedrooms are separated, which made it nice and quiet for my husband and I in the King room. Would love to come back in winter to ski!
