  • Enjoy the beautiful tranquility of Eagle Island Peninsula. This home, nestled in the trees has a 2 minute walk to the private beach/park area and community dock. This private park, with its sandy bottom, is great for relaxing with family, friends, and kids. We are located just 9 miles from Boyne City, 12 miles from Petoskey (with nearby Boyne Highlands), and 18 miles from Charlevoix. This home is a year round rental whether you're considering a golf trip, ski trip, wine tasting, canoe trip, fishing trip, or summer fun.

    This home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with master bath. The other two bedrooms share the other full bath. One room includes a queen bed while the third includes queen bunk beds.

    The upstairs main living area has a room with double doors that contains 2 futons that fold down into 2 queen beds.

    Large living/dining area with oversized chairs and couch for enjoying family time. Home offers cable tv and wi-fi. Enjoy winding down with dinner and drinks on the elevated deck. Enjoying those amazing walloon evenings.
