A full kitchen and stylish decor sets it apart from your standard hotel room. You have space to cook and dine inside and outside on the patio. You have an outdoor grill and solo stove too!
Need boat trailer parking there is a city lot next door to our property and it's free to park there.
Bringing your bike we are on the bike path too!

We live locally and can be available when needed. Otherwise we can communicate via the app.

Please only use back door (labeled) for emeregency access. It opens into the Neighbors back yard.

You have your own driveway off of Division St.
Please park in front of the smaller house that says BENJI.

You have the entire house to yourself.

Please be considerate of neighbors.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
