Cottage home 3 blocks from the beauty of Lake Charlevoix is the best value in town to sleep 6 people! High speed internet. Professionally cleaned. Close to downtown dining, microbreweries, and shopping. 3 blocks to peninsula beach or marina. Just a short drive to Young state park public beach area. Master bedroom with Queen bed, Second bedroom with queen and third has twin bunk beds. Large deck is great for outdoor living space. Stack washer and dryer. The location is very central to other great attractions! Boyne Mountain Resort is under 10 minutes away and offers top notch golf and skiing, Petoskey lakefront and shopping is a short 22 minute drive, Old Mission Peninsula wineries is an hour and 15 minutes, Mackinaw city is also an hour drive. So many things to do year round; beaches, boating, numerous golf courses, biking, hiking, zip lining, snowmobiling and kayaking.

The property was perfect for our weekend stay. Clean, great amenities, great location. Only draw back was the bunk beds were too difficult to take apart to create 3rd BR with 2 twins for adults.

Clean and comfortable Boyne City cottage

We had a great stay at this little cottage! It was very clean and comfortable and well-located close to the heart of Boyne City and the waterfront. We really enjoyed the shops, parks and restaurants in Boyne City! Our family was able to spread out in the three bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable so everyone slept great. The washer and dryer looked brand-new. The outdoor picnic table was perfect for little ones to eat their meals & keep their crumbs outdoors :) The cottage was in a quiet, private location with running/hiking trails less than a mile away. The paint and carpet felt fresh and clean throughout the rental. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with the things you might need on your trip. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail.

This was my second stay at Laura's place, and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to get to the parks, beaches, restaurants and shops of Boyne, but the street is quiet. It's a short hop to the ferry to get to Charlevoix as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot in Boyne

Stayed here the first week in August and the accommodations were perfect. Nothing really fancy but it met all expectations for the price with the bonus of having A/C for the hot summer days up north. House was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk to town for a meal or ice cream from Kilwins. There was a nice public beach literally within a 10 minute walk of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

Small quiet and the perfect girls weekend place. Great location to downtown for shopping , close to Petoskey. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans and the amenities .

The perfect getaway place

Loved this rental! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for two months from now! We have a rental property and it’s the little things that matter! Towels, soap, kitchen items, fans! In the rooms! Cleanliness is what most of the reviews for this property had and it did not disappoint, so clean, clear directions for check in and check out! It felt so home like, the owners did a great job making a small house so open and welcoming! Love the keypad lock! Felt very safe, the location was near town but not to close, center ally located to so many fun towns around the area! It was a great stay! Thank you!

A great house in a great location!

This house was relatively small, but it was perfect! The floor plan was perfect for us, and the location was EVERYTHING! We could drive 5 minutes and we were able to go to the beach, a park or grab a bite to eat! And the food around us was amazing. I have no complaints about this house!

Excellent location for a fun vacation

This is a very new 3 bedroom house in Boyne City. It is in perfect condition and spotless. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown, maybe 7 minutes walk to the park at the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and laid back. It is maybe 15 minutes walk in the other direction to Avalanche Mountain for some nice hiking. The house layout is very efficient. It looks small on the outside, but there is a good amount of living space on the inside for a family of 4-6. The A/C works great! We would not hesitate to stay again and we would recommend to anybody.
