"Great looking hotel, great amenities and conveniently located off the highway. Our room was large very comfortable bed. However, felt like the cleaning was mot quite finished, dishes still in the dishwasher, missing towels in bathroom. The main issue was the bathroom that had dirty grout on shower, mold all over the shower base and theback wall had water damage with wallpaper coming off and tile baseboard falling off. This needs to be addressed before letting anyone use this room! Also breakfast was 6:30 to 9 but the lady said there was no eggs etc left at 8:45, totally unacceptable. "

"The facility says recently remodeled but I did not see that in any part of facility . Sheets was stained , tv was not connected when I get to room . Was supposed to be a non smoking room and bathroom sink had 20+ cigarette burns on counter . Will not stay again nor do I recommend this establishment ."

"The kitchenette feature was great fit with a microwave, dishes, sink and a cleaning sponge & soap. My stay was a work trip and I was up and out early before they served breakfast, so having this feature to prepare my breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. I got a few whiffs of a wet dog small, but it wasn’t overpowering. Overall, a decent stay at a great location. "

"Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. When we got there 2 hours after our check in time this is what we walked into. When asking for another room and expressing our concerns I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Well if that didn’t set me off after driving 4 hours to get to a filthy room. I also watched an elderly couple leave after being moved to 3 different rooms because of the filth. The last straw for them was when they walked into the third room and the bed looked as though someone just got out of it. The staff at the desk were completely unaware that their rooms had never been cleaned by the guy who stood right there telling them they were. The pool was “out of order” my guess would be because no one there would clean it. Just a completely awful experience in whole. I do NOT recommend this place Ever."
