Spacious 4-bedroom house in charming Richmond with WiFi and AC

"The house is very pleasant, with a modern kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Overall good amenities, exactly as advertised. One or two things were missing (eg an iron and ironing board), but the property manager dealt with this very quickly and 100% to our satisfaction. Based on this I would give this property a TOP review. However, what can't be seen on VRBO is that the neighborhood is quite rough: for example, the neighboring house looks dilapidated, with a wreck of a car parked outside; on one occasion, while standing on the porch at the front of the house, a neighbor shouted at us, accusing us of taking her mail - she called me "officer" and was quite threatening. Also, as the house is on a corner, at the intersection of 2 roads with a stop sign, we could hear cars (with loud exhausts and playing loud music) late into the night slowing down at the stop sign, before driving off. For us the neighborhood spoilt our 4-day stay."
