"Front desk staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping staff did a great job! Gym was good - had weights and treadmill needed for my workout. There were 2-3 guys hanging out in the gym just scrolling on their phone or looking around most of the time, which was odd so felt a bit uncomfortable as to their reasons for being there. No freezer in refrigerator, and frig wasn’t that cold even when turned up all the way. The phone was broken. "

"This place was horrible. it was a good place to rest but that’s it. The “breakfast” was a joke. it was only waffles no fruit , no cereal literally nothing. I booked it from friday to monday morning. they took away a day and did not tell me. I came back from getting food and my card was not working on my door. i went to the front and they told me that “check out was at 11”. all of my stuff was still in the room. I had to practically beg just to get my stuff out. 1/2 of my clothes were missing when i was getting my stuff packed. This place is HORRIBLE! do NOT ever come here. what a waste of $197. I would do ANYTHING to get that refunded."

"room wasn’t clean. The staff was disrespectful. People were letting their dogs attack other people. The door looked like it was kicked in. There was no safety no security. It was downright nasty. They had the whole third floor blocked off because they didn’t have enough linens and the elevator was broken down. "

"There is no staff on site during the night or in the morning until 9am. My key stopped working when I went to get coffee and I was locked out of my room for nearly 2 hours in 40 degree temps. The AC was so loud; squeaking and clicking. The fridge sounded like it was trying to go to space. Luckily, I had a neighbor that was screaming for most of the night, so I was distracted from the noise in my own room. This place is ridiculous. Keep scrolling. You're welcome. "
