"Everything is very easy there. No hassle with coming in or checking out because it can be mostly done on the app. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a surprise $75 charge at check in when i only saw a $3 one was supposed to occur. So I had to go back out to the car as I didn’t bring the right card in with me for that, and it was a big difference from $3-75. Would have been ok if it was expected prior to arrival and I could’ve taken it or left it. I did really enjoy the breakfast with my fiancé and our son. Last weekend we stayed at the Hilton down the road from this location and none of us liked the food, despite the extra charge we pic to have the voucher. This time there was not an extra charge and was included to enjoy made to order omelettes with various veggies and other add-ons like salsa and the other food was very flavorful and enjoyable. We love the look of the downstairs area In the evening, it’s beautiful and unique. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel with all the rain, being indoor and all. Unfortunately when we were not able to enjoy it as the chemicals in there began to immediately burn our eyes. Our 4 year old started to cough a lot too from the fumes that you can’t exactly escape while in the pool area. I did let someone know and my fiancé saw that the doors were left open afterwards to help air it out. Our eyes were burning long after we left there as well, and I would say we were there 20 mins tops. Overall, I would come back again!"

"Life always throws curve balls, and my stay wasn't perfect. Breakfast options were slim, and there was a towel shortage. BUT THE STAFF MADE IT WORTH IT. Naresh was efficient and handled our check in smoothly even with the noisy construction outside. The gentleman with the braids was a sweetheart and was so patient when we ask about the area. And the maintenance guy came to our rescue when we blew a fuse, and was very polite and respectful when we had him fix the shower curtain rod. And THEN THE WONDERFUL Mahi at the front desk was so attentive to the guests and their needs. Plus she was so patient with my mother who is very old and asks the same things over and over. And when there was a towel shortage I saw her on every floor getting a count and working to resolve it ...even handling the grumpy guests with grace. I would have lost my cool but she stayed polite and calm and guess what ....they were completely content with waiting after dealing with her. Also, anytime you pass her on the property she is always warm and approachable. The world is an intolerable place....but certain people make it tolerable. This place was clean and the prices were very fair but it wasn't a luxury stay and there were some issues. But the staff, especially Mahi, was such a joy to be around. I will absolutely return and recommend this place."

"Upon checking in, the room next to mine had a very loud, irate woman shouting. I went back down to the desk and asked if I could move rooms. No issues at all, she gave me a new room & even called the guest to ask them to quiet down! Bed was very comfy. My only complaint was the old AC couldn't keep up quite as well as I'd hoped, but for the price, it was well worth the stay!"
