Hi :) Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your detailed review and apologise that you were not comfortable with our rural setting. To put you comments into perspective for others reading, please allow us to explain. Yes, we are located both 4km and 6km on a gravel road to our property entry points which we detail in the emails prior to arrival. Unfortunately, the Shire in our area is unable to lamp all the rural roads due to funding therefore if travellers are unaware of the road conditions and the wildlife that inhabit the area, this may cause undue stress when driving at night. We as a business have selected to refrain from bright lighting on the property ensuring our guests can view the various australian wildlife that appear at night and the amazing star constellations seldom seen in a city nightscape due to the abundant street and building lights that block their view. We apologise that you may have felt isolated from the attractions you wished to visit whilst here - we are however central to many of the local attractions being in the heart of the Ficifolia Tree belt, immediately adjacent to the Bibbulmun Track, 2km to MundaBiddi Trail, 6km to Peaceful Bay, Conspicuous Cliff & Irwin Inlet, 10mins to Valley of the Giants and Nornlaup plus a mere 20mins to Walpole, Giant Tingle Tree and a myriad of other wonderful treasured destinations in our region.
