Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer wirklich schönen Umgebung. Auch die Lage selbst ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen in der Gegend.Die Wohnung ist für mehr als zwei Personen nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Platz ist sehr begrenzt.Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist der Zustand des Balkons. Er ist in einem schlechten Zustand und wirkt kaum nutzbar.

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war leider nicht optimal. Zudem konnte man auf Grund der bröckelnden Farbe nicht entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen.

Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung gefiel uns gut, allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig (Spinnenweben an den Wenden/ in den Ecken, Staub auf den Regalen). Die Fenster hätten geputzt werden können. Außerdem führten über 70 Treppenstufen vom Parkplatz zum Hauseingang.Die Lage der Wohnung war super, die Ausstattung war auch super.

Man konnte einiges machen es gab einiges wo man hin konnte. Das einzige was nicht so schön war das war der Balkon wo Farbe abgeblättert ist. Da müßte man mal den Maler Bescheid geben Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Gerfried Täge

Sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden bis auf eine nächtliche Lärmbelästigung durch Nachbarn im Obergeschoss. Ansosten sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderschöne Naturerlebnisse direkt vor der Haustür.

Sauber & gut ausgestattet

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für ein kurzes Wochenende, an dem man die meiste Zeit draußen verbringt, völlig ausreichend. Die Küche und die gesamte Wohnung waren super ausgestattet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Es war sehr ruhig und die anderen Bewohner haben wir nicht gehört.

Kurzurlaub

Im Grunde genommen hat die Ferienwohnung ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Inventar, an der uns nichts fehlte. Leider ließ in Bezug auf Staub und ungenehmen Hundegeruch zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir erst mal putzen und desinfizieren mussten, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Auch der Balkon erfordert eine Deckensanierung, da der Putz/ die Farbe abblättert und in unserem Morgenkaffee an frischer Luft in die Kaffeetassen gefallen ist.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Von *frisch renoviert* kann hier leider nicht die Rede sein. An diversen Stellen an Wänden, Decken und am Boden ist Schimmel zu finden. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Soll man doch alles besenrein hinterlassen und unbedingt die Betten abziehen, nicht zu viel Wasser oder Strom nutzen (sonst extra kosten)

Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen in der Ferienwohnung. Die Gegend war super schön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, die Check-In Angaben kamen leider erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage was nicht schlimm ist aber etwas schade war. Der Parkplatz war auch besetzt an der Straße waren aber noch einige frei. Zu der Wohnung muss man einige Stufen hochgehen die Wohnung ist aber sehr schön und hat für 4 Leute gereicht, für 2 wäre sie perfekt sie ist mit viel Liebe ins Detail und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Gemütlich und ruhig

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu zweit. Für 4 Personen wäre uns die Unterkunft zu klein. Es war gemütlich renoviert und eingerichtet. Es fehlte allerdings an Stauraum für Kleidung. Eine kleine Kommode, Schränkchen o.ä. Im Bad fehlte es uns an Häkchen, um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Sonst war alles prima. Allerdings muss beachtet werden, dass man mehrere Stufen berauf gehen muss um zu der Wohnung zu gelangen. Für Leute mit Kinderwagen oder die schlecht zu Fuß sind, wäre abzuraten. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, mit unserem Hund war das schön zum spazieren gehen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Kneipe und Rodelberg alles fußläufig.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub im Harz – die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und die Gegend ist klasse zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war schnell und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin!

Die Wohnung lag direkt neben dem Schlittenberg. Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar. Für den Sommer wäre eine Renovierung des Balkons ganz schön.

Schöne Wohnung mit einigen Abzügen

Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen und eignet sich aufgrund der Erreichbarleit zum Wurmberg prima als kurzfristige Unterkunft. Die wie versprochen modernisierte Wohnung glänzt z.B. durch ihre Küchenzeile und dem Wohnbereich, jedoch ist der Balkon alles andere als schön und einladend. Der Großteil der Wohnung war sauber, nur leider waren auf dem Bettlaken diverse Haare zu finden. Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass die Kommunikation und Organisation sehr gut ablief.
