WE RENT THE HOUSE IN OUR ABSENCE, everything is organized to receive you (cleaning lady, person on site to manage).
Beautiful traditional house in all with straw roof, 5 minutes from the beach, in front of the Les Hibiscus hotel, in a private lane with security (night patrols, security guard constantly on site, access barrier for Hibiscus).
For long stays: cleaning included twice a week. Covered garage available at the entrance of the residence.

The house includes:
- a large room with living room, dining room, fully equipped American kitchen, office, 2 ceiling fans
- a very large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom, king size bed 180 * 190cm, orthopedic mattress, large closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning
- a guest bedroom with two 90 * 190cm beds, orthopedic mattress
- a large bathroom with washing machine
Windows and doors with mosquito net, hot water, WIFI, vacuum cleaner.
From September to June, air conditioning is absolutely not necessary. The rental does not include air conditioning.
Internet included.
The adjoining and independent studio (3rd bedroom) will be occupied by tenants but privacy will be preserved (closed separation room).
There is a TV and a Canal + box to charge if you wish (10,000F CFA / month).
The house is located in Residence Diola, opposite the Hôtel des Hibiscus, private and secure driveway with caretaker.
Small grocery store just before the Allée des Hibiscus.
Possible power cuts like in the whole neighborhood but despite the cuts, we generally have water that is not connected to the electricity system.
