Beautiful Oceanfront Condo on Seven Mile Beach
- Stunning wall to wall ocean view as you enter this serene space at Laguna del Mar. Modern furnishings and kitchen with high end appliances. Mega flat screen TV with Sonos sound system. Large balcony overlooking the beach for al fresco dining or hanging out. Large seaside master bedroom and second bedroom both with large rain shower and soaker tub en-suites. Master has king size bed, second bedroom has king size bed that can be split in to twins. Third bedroom is a Family room/den with an American Leather King Sleeper sofa, TV and Sonos with access to the house bath and shower. Palm surrounded pool and hot tub in the center of the property with a barbeque area for guest use. Tennis and Pickle Ball courts newly refinished. Small gym with 3 treadmills, cross trainer, step machine, universal and free weights. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Located a short walk from Camana Bay for groceries at Foster Food Fair, shopping, restaurants, gelato and movie theatre. An easy walk to many great restaurants on seven mile beach. Not far from Georgetown.
