A luxury traditional residence on a privileged spot, just 900 m of Plaka village. It can accommodate up to 6 guests is 2 bedrooms offering a range of facilities and stylish interior areas.

The residence has an outdoor space of 400 sqm with a well kept garden, a BBQ area which makes guest’s stay unforgettable.
The Estate has an interior area of 120 sqm and it is built on two level. The ground floor consists of open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with comfortable sofas. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor there is a second bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Patio door leads to a beautiful terrace surrounded by flowers. Sunbeds are available by the terrace to enjoy a relaxing time.
The residence is built on a plot of 1000 sqm. Outside the house there is a well-kept garden with lots of beautiful flowers and olive trees. A sofa sitting area is next to the entrance and a big dining table is available so guests can eat outside while having a BBQ by using the facilities of it.

The nearest beach is just 900m from the residence, as well bars, restaurants and shops.
