Unique charm in bustling district.
Great place to stay with a unique charm. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining. My only complaint would be that it only sleeps 2 comfortably. The couch is an option for 3 (in our case) or more. Would definitely stay again but bring an air mattress next time.

Perfect location to be close to a friend of mine in Northside & close to all the vintage/thrift we came to explore! Close to all kinds of good food as well. Probably better to visit when it’s warmer to walk ☺️ Loved the apartment! Vicky & Doug know how to make you feel like you’re at home! Would recommend 1000%

Cute and Adorable
Perfect for last minute trip to serve as our home base as we explored the area. The little touches throughout the house were fun to find. Super comfy mattress! Our dog was pleased with the variety of place's to go on his walks. There were a few other dogs being walked in the area so he had plenty to smell!

Another great stay
This was my first stay at Slanted House, after two stays at Always Friday, which is directly above. Once again it was a fantastic experience. The property owners are excellent to deal with, the location is perfect, parking is very convenient. I would highly recommend any of their properties.

Football Weekend Trip
This place is *amazing*! SO MANY cute little touches everywhere. We were constantly saying "look at this!" "did you see this?". Just really neat stuff everywhere. The bed was comfy, kitchen/bathroom well stocked, and a complimentary FOOT MASSAGER :) We loved the location and can walk to the football and baseball stadiums (as well as a lot of great restaurants and bars). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You will not regret booking here. We can't wait to return!

Charming 50's vibe
The host was very prompt with her communication. The house was as advertised and in the perfect spot for our trip. We enjoyed the extra touches like music playing when we arrived, waters in the fridge, and a great coffee setup.
