The bungalow is a mid-century oasis nestled in a tropical paradise.
Enjoy living like a BTX local in this hipster hideaway. The bungalow is located in the heart of the city and has open concept living and entertainment spaces with large windows that allow natural light to create and an airy, zen vibe.
The bungalow features an open concept living and entertaining space. The living room features a yellow couch and two chairs for lounging and conversation. The space features a 65 inch smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi for all your connectivity needs.

The highlight in the dining and entertainment area is a bar cart stocked with cocktail essentials. Enjoy formal dinners for four or relax with cocktails in the outdoor patio.

The bungalow has 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, desk for remote work and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The patio and backyard have plenty of space for you and your fur babies to enjoy and explore. The native palm trees are a natural habitat for wild parrots that you will be able to see and hear every morning and evening. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio or practice your mixology skills in the sophisticated atmosphere.

The full kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including Keurig coffee maker with pods and convenient in-unit laundry.

The unit is for adults only.

The pool and gym are located at 301 McFadden Drive.
Other things to note:
The designated, covered parking space 425 is the designated parking for the bungalow. Parking directly in front of your unit is an option if you cannot
use the covered parking.

Trash pick up is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by the complex maintenance crew.

During your stay you will have access to the Par 3 Golf Course, the club pool and hot tub and the club gym.
The pool and gym are located at 301 McFadden Drive.

The full 18 hole golf course is also available for a seperate fee.
