Perfect spot in paradise

From the moment we arrived to the condo, it was a perfect location and beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect home base for a week of exploring the island with our rental car. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a day out and about. We will definitely be back. Would have been 5 stars overall, but there was a problem that left us with no hot water for the last two days (one night). Also the microwave didn't work (blown fuse?). Not sure if these problems were related. The Owner was very receptive and interested in getting the problems resolved. Arranged for people to come and deal with issues, but too late in our stay to fix things before we departed. Not the Owner's fault - just a matter of timing. Otherwise an extremely convenient, comfortable, and well-appointed unit. I would highly recommend it.

Look no further AMAZING Stay

Communication was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and facility was well maintained. Great to be able to use the grills provided and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Close to everything yet still be able to enjoy quiet time. Enjoyed use of chairs for the beach and cooler. Complex was extremely friendly. AC worked amazing after a day in the beautiful sun. would highly recommend staying here.

A little tricky getting into the unit. We are in our 80's and the bathroom is not friendly for us old folks. it wood be nice to have a small dish washer, but the hot water was great. we would certainly consider staying there again.

1st time in Aruba

1st time in Aruba and was a little nervous about doing it “on our own.” Turned out to be a great decision. The condo is secure and residents are friendly and the grounds are kept clean. Pool is a great beach relief with plenty of chairs and lounges. 2 outside covered grills to use at your pleasure. We personally saved a ton of cash grilling out dinner most nights. Jos was a great host and our stay in his condo was stress free. Car is required

Very enjoyable stay at Wacamaya

Wacamaya was just what we were looking for. The owner provided many helpful suggestions for shopping, restraunts and other things to do. The unit comes withbeach chairs and coolers that saved us from renting at the beach. The pool, the outdoor grills and all the common areas were very clean. We will highly recommend and will be back

Another great stay at Wacamaya

Perfect place to stay, relax, and savor all the positives of Aruba and avoid the negatives. The beach chairs really give you the freedom of going wherever you want and avoid the resort hassle of commandeering a palapa early. The market across the street was surprisingly fair and offered good quality produce. Beautiful pool made for a peaceful atmosphere. Love the gated parking lot

Great time in Aruba

We really enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The condo apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is 3 minutes away from Paseo Hernencia mall where night life is very vibrant, the street market place stays open until 11pm. I will recommend this condo apartment to any of my family/friends. It was very easy to communicate with Jos. I madea great choice selecting this apartment.

Beautiful stay at Wacamaya!

3rd year consecutively staying at Wacamaya 1b. Love the location - short drive to some of the best beaches (two beach chairs got a lot of use). Convenience is key with gated parking ~10 feet from the front door and beautiful courtyard/pool directly outside the back door. A nice little market across the street and Superfoods 10 minutes away make for an economical week utilizing the well appointed kitchen. Communication with owner Jos is fantastic and will remove any hesitation about going the VRBO route for vacation. Enjoy a luxury stay at a fraction of the cost of the big resorts! Jim

Got this condo last minute. Place we had booked wasn't what we were hoping for. Went on VRBO and got this right away and was able to go in next day. Communication with owner was great. Perfect Location!

Don’t let this hidden gem pass you by. Wacamaya Condos are located in the perfect spot. This little gated community was super cute. So easy to get around. You are literally minutes to the beach via car. Which I highly recommend. It’s a breeze driving on the island. Jos was GREAT to work with. So very communicative and always was quick to respond. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was neat & clean. The pool area was great, always so quiet. There were two grills available for use, but we did not use them. Often times we had the pool to ourselves. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. The Market across the street was super convenient. And if you do stay here, when you take a right out of the parking lot, 2miles down the road is Noord Pastry. A must!

Was overall nice, need a car to get to the beach However, cleanliness could have been better. The couch, which was used as a sofa bed, was not very comfortable. When we arrived, blankets were missing, but to their credit, they were delivered right away after we contacted management. Extra pillows would have been appreciated as well. Another inconvenience was that there was no washer and dryer available in the condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location for our needs. The grounds were kept up well and the pool area was always clean.
