1) The maximum occupancy is two (2) guests, no exceptions
2) Getting to Culebra and Costa Bonita Villas is a consideration
3) Rental car is required, the property is not walkable into town
4) There are no commercial services on the property like grocery store
5) Boat docking is limited to Villa owners
6) Costa Bonita uses Septic Tanks, all waste (toilet paper) placed in trash bin
7) Puerto Rico has some power issues and outages may happen
