It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. "This property is a 3-minute walk to the Keyes Memorial beach. There is a sunning deck on the roof which was nice. It is close to Hyannis Main St. for restaurants and shops. I do not consider it to be a studio cottage. I was in room 2 and it was a small bedroom with a bathroom. It also has a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room had a small TV with Roku smart apps but no local channels. I like watching local weather and the news when on vacation. It needs updating but was a cozy room...
