"Lovely to have a proper coffee machine available 'free' 24/7 rather than sachets in the room. So easy travelling by train, and the big AROK sign at the top of the building, visible as soon as exiting the station made it ultra easy to locate. Quirky and stylish, a great stay."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until a large group of students came in and everything ran out. Other than this, everything was great, the hotel staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and the outside noise was more than bearable for the area would definitely stay here again. One thing is the automatic lights in the hallway are extremely bright if you were there at night. Maybe a half power would be nice for the night time. "

"Great central location, close to old parts of the town, lots of restaurants nearby. The main railroad terminal was only three blocks away. The hotel had been updated, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was very happy with the hotel!"

"My daughter and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting Europa Park. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the vibe of the lobby was funky and fun! We splurged for the breakfast buffet which was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had (my daughter agrees and she is a picky eater). My only complaint is that the website states the hotel is a 12 minute walk to the park, when it was actually 21 minutes. The walk was easy enough though, so it was"
