"We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner. "

"Room was clean but 6th floor was an attic room with velux windows and great views of the slopes. I just had to watch hitting my head as roof was low on one side. There was no pool & spa facilities were not included costing 12 euros a session. Restaurant food was very good as were staff. lighting lacks ambience in restaurant and when busy noisy accoustics through conversations. Great if you like bright lighting but i prefer mood lighting. A minor point but worth mentioning."

"A new Hotel Much better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable with great staff and superb breakfast to suit all tastes. Stayed for a short ski break 2026. A 5 min casual walk to the lifts, plenty of local shops and access to free ski locker. A nice change from some of Pas `s tired accommodation. "

"We booked a quadruple family room, which was superb. Spacious, contemporary design, separate toilet and bathroom and two TV's with plenty of hanging/storage space. Staff on the whole were friendly. We emailed ahead of time to ask if we could eat dinner in restaurant one evening and were assured that would be fine with no need to prebook. However, at the hotel the receptionist insisted that prebooking was required. Having showed her the email correspondence she reluctantly agreed that we could dine. Her manner was unwelcoming and abrasive. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and kind though. Breakfast in the restaurant was enjoyable with omelettes and pancakes made to order. The dishes at the dinner buffet were tasty, but too limited. Pleased that we didn't include dinner in the package. Some public areas of the hotel are in need of refurbishment. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"Cute cycling-themed hotel. Great-sized room, excellent condition, quiet and comfortable. We did have some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity. And noting parts of the hotel are being renovated so we couldn't use the shared spaces. A mini fridge in the room would be an excellent addition."

"This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite."

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
