"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

"Marci was excellent, and always quick to respond to messages.The location on the site when I booked, turned out to be a little misleading. We stayed in almost the same place last year, and wanted to avoid having to climb that hill every night. The location arrow suggested it was closer to town. But no real big deal.The apartment was fine (it could do with a bit of a refresh) but the lack of duvet sheets was a bit of a shock.All in all though, a good trip"

"Spotless room, daily cleaning and turn down, excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Shuttle was quick and easy from hotel to gondola / town. Highly recommend. "

"Apartment was in an amazing location, although there was building work going on opposite which was not communicated. However, it was simply not suitable for 6 adults. The 2 bedrooms were ok in size, but in the lounge area the sofa bed had to be put fully away to use the dining table, as there is not enough space for both, very inconvenient. The Kitchenette was extremely small with room for one person at a time only, it was not very well equipped either eg no dishwasher, no toaster or grill, and mixed quality and sizes of knives and forks. We had a boiler leak whilst we were there, the bathroom completely flooded, but the owner responded to have it fixed the day after. This meant a whole night without any water and a morning without shower, toilet or washing facilities. A lamp in the bedroom couldnt be used as the plug was broken. I would describe the decor as tired, with too much unnecessary furniture in a small apartment, and the curtains were hanging with broken rails. Wifi was good. "

"A great place to stay in Cervinia. Well furnished and spacious for a 2 bed apartment on the slopes. Slope access superb. Great individual boot room with boot warmers. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals.Would love to stay again. Only improvement I could think of is wifi so could make more of the huge TV in the lounge. "Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "
