Fabulous farmhouse!

Exceeded expectations! Cute house in a farm like setting. Very comfortable hang out spaces and bedrooms. Whimsical decor surprises around every corner. Kitchen well stocked with all the basics and some local treats from owner.

Awesome stay

We had a perfect stay for 9 family members coming together for a wedding. The location was conveniently located for quick access to Boulder, Longmont, and Lyons. The setting was beautiful, the home was very clean, and the arcade games were a lot of fun! Very communicative and excellent hosts as well.

Great Stay with Family

My two year old Grandson loved the gumball machine. It was very nice to have the quarters so he could play the games and use the gumball machine. The king bed was great. We had plenty of room and just a 10 minute drive to Boulder. The kitchen and living areas were very big.

Perfect Family House!

The house was perfect for our family and was exactly how it was described. We loved the location and our teenage boys enjoyed the arcade games! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very responsive. We loved the welcome tray of local snacks and wine. We would definitely stay here again!

Boulder Farm Arcade House

This house is exactly as described. Would definitely stay again. Phil and Paige are wonderful hosts. Everything you could possibly want for a long weekend was provided, including quarters for the arcade games.

Family fun

This home was very clean and well stocked. They even have several yard games you can set up. It was a great place to celebrate my dad’s 80th with plenty of room for family to gather.

A wonderful place.

Everything you would expect and they go the extra 10 miles with each bed having a choice of type of pillow you like, soft or hard..,a welcoming basket filled with great treats. So incredibly clean…response time from hosts were immediate and always looking for a way to make the stay perfect. Highly recommend. 👍

Very cozy and homey

We were very comfortable in the home and had everything we needed. The "welcome" treats were much appreciated, as well as the accommodations for the kiddos. The little ones loved going outside in the mornings to say hello to the animals. All-in-all, a great experience?

Bachelorette Weekend

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The space was perfect for our girls weekend, plenty of sleeping areas, great kitchen to cook and sit around and chat. The place was clean and adorable. Not only was the property wonderful but the location was really convenient for us to go to dinner or food tours in Longmont and Boulder. To add to all that, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and had lots of little amenities for us just in case we forgot something. The local snacks along with a welcome note were a great touch and made us feel welcome! Thank you!

Great Location

My family and I used this location as a home base for our daughter's wedding that was hosted close by. This was a great location for our needs. We had our infant granddaughter with us and found the highchair already set up in the kitchen when we arrived, and the baby gate easy to find! There was also a lovely welcome basket full of water and local treats. This was a great location for a family get together! Thanks so much!

The BEST stay!

The house is awesome. The property is awesome. The owners communication is awesome. Everything is awesome. I just wish we would’ve scheduled it to be able to stay more than one night. They left us delicious snacks and wine! The beds were comfy and the kids were obsessed with the games. We even got to feed the chickens! The sunset and sunrise were stunning.

Wonderful home with cheeky personality and fun for the kids!

They had us at the welcome basket! The place was deceptively roomy, every room was comfortable, and there were multiple entertainment options! The host was very inviting and helpful. Plus, their guide was wonderful for a bunch of New Jerseyans who didn’t do any prep work. All of your food and hiking options hit the mark! We would totally stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Communication was timely and check in was super easy. The place was bigger than it looks in pics… we had more than enough room for the 10 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and perfectly organized. My son said the front porch was the best spot to sleep wilots of windows to watch the sunrise and host of animals and chickens, which are so fun!!! We all agree we would stay here again!

Booking and checking in was flawless. The host had excellent communication with us and provided amazing service. The home was clean, well appointed and had a fun, cool energy. There was plenty of seating for our entire group and the home was situated so as to provide room to be together or in smaller groups. Wonderful home for an extended family stay

We visited with our teens and grandparents and this house was ideal with room for everyone to spread out and come together. The house is as described. View is beautiful, place is spotless and host is very responsive. The treats left for us were awesome. We were so close to Boulder but also felt a world away. Good options for dining nearby with Avery Brewing less than two miles away. We will stay again. Thanks Phil for being a great host!

The place was wonderful

Everybody enjoyed the stay they loved the home. It was so beautiful. My sister was super excited because the people that worked at the home allowed her to go out and feed the chickens. Something that she never gotten to do before and she was so excited so I thank you for allowing her to do that you made her day. I enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood. It was so peaceful. I would love to stay there again. the host were attentive, respectful, and on top of every request that I ever made and they respond promptly so I want to thank Phillip and Page for that.

Relaxed and Refreshed

This property was spot on per the description and I was seeking a location that had a view of the mountains. Not only was the house comfortable for a girls trip with enough bedrooms and ample sitting areas along with a great sized kitchen, the views from the front porch were fabulous. The downtown is under 10 minutes away and everything is easy to access. The icing on the cake was that the owners left a welcome card and tray of goodies/wine which was a lovely way to welcome us to the house. I definitely recommend renting this house for a relaxing and refreshing stay.
