  • Between the Caribbean Sea and the tropical forest of the Guadeloupe National Park, Villa Ti'Roucou is the ideal place for a moment of relaxation and calm for your stay in the heart of the Leeward Coast.

    Overlooking the Bay of Bouillante, this villa offers you a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain which can be contemplated day and night from the terrace and the private swimming pool.

    The villa Ti'Roucou is classified as a 3*** Atout France furnished tourist accommodation, the minimum rental is 4 nights.

    - The terrace is composed of a dining area and a relaxation lounge with hammocks.

    - The living room, conducive to moments of relaxation, is equipped with a sofa and armchairs + a sofa bed.

    - The kitchen adjoining the living room is fully equipped (4-burner hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) to guarantee you a successful stay.

    - An air-conditioned master suite equipped with a 160*200 cm bed with its en-suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower and a toilet. This bedroom gives access to the terrace through a French window.

    - A 2nd air-conditioned bedroom also equipped with a 160*200 cm bed, with a view of the garden through a window.

    - A separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

    - A mezzanine offering a ventilated space only is equipped with a 160*200 cm bed. Best suited for teenagers.

    Villa Ti'Roucou, located 2 minutes by car from the village of Bouillante, is close to all amenities.

    Also a few minutes away, you can discover the famous Bains Chauds de Thomas, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hot springs in Guadeloupe. This natural bath is the place of choice for those who want to relax and unwind peacefully.

    Malendure beach and its famous Cousteau Reserve, which delights thousands of divers, is a 5-minute drive away.

    Finally, the Villa is the ideal starting point for a complete discovery of the whole of Basse Terre but also quick access to Grande Terre and the airport (45 minutes) via the Route de la Traversée (or Route des Mamelles).

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la villa Ti'roucou. L'accueil de Jean Pierre et de sa conjointe était très attentionné, amical et chaleureux. La maison est très bien entretenue, paisible avec beaucoup d'intimité. Il y a des mangues et des caramboles dans le jardin ;-) Et la vue est superbe ! Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésiter !
