"The property is dated. It’s a three star compared to all inclusive in Mexico for example. The room layout was fine. Air conditioning was on constantly but couldn’t bring temperature below 22.5 on the thermostat. The sheets were moist with humidity. We were sweating inside the room. I asked for a fan and this was provided right away. The electric kettle had to be changed twice but was replaced immediately. An iron was provided on request. There were ants everywhere. I reported it....

"Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch. "Decent hotel. Undergoing renovations. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Kids indoor pool in winter is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. We used this place as a stop to get on a winter sahara trip but the area, Jasmine, is lifeless and boring as hell. Its a compound of huge hotels and nothing else. Only massive hotels for miles. You have to take a taxi 20mins before you see any authentic Tunisia."

"A really unique place to stay. It's a litt l e hard to find as the entrance is the ladt door on the left down a narrow lane off the souk. You have to find parking off-site, so I parked in front of the MonoPrix and left it there. Great atmosphere and room. The staff was great as they were very friendly. Definitely one of the cooler places I've stayed at. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. "

"Clean rooms, great staff, Omar is an asset, was very helpful and helped us get some great deals. Beautiful location on the beach and lovely hotel. Food was abit repetitve but think Im just not a fan of Tunisian cuisine. Not much for the kids apart from pizza... but my kids are fussy. Otherwise great stay and amazing staff."
