The reception team are so nice, everyone is professional and thoughtful. However, The cleaning stuff needs more training, forgot to provide the bath towel and the washcloth on the 2nd day of my stay.

Seaport Hotel Boston
Staff was very nice, property was very well maintained. It was difficult to find the self-parking lot and my coffee maker overflowed the mug in the room even when putting in the minimum required water. Weekend breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. Great place to stay but eat elsewhere.

Funky hotel, nice design. Coffee in lobby isn’t good. There can be a wait for bathrooms. My lights were flickering, the bed lamp didnt work. Hair dryer turned off every 5 seconds.
