Advertised as a hotel when it was actually a mostel extended stay in poor shape. Room was gross, no comforters, cigarette burns everywhere, sheets were filty as were the bathroom counter

We received our key to our room drove around the building and went back to the front deck dropped off our keys and left. I felt very uncomfortable, dirty little kids playing in the parking lot drapes half torn down.

I am super disappointed with my stay and I can't believe OYO has their name associated with this location. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, and that's where it ended. I asked her for directions to my room, and she said that my room had a view of the pool. View of the swamp, I think she meant to say. The room was clean-ish

Please do not book this as a hotel. Seems to be long term clients, dirty everything, am not sure whether I carried bugs from this 'hotel' . Other than hot water from the shower, everything else was questionable. Please don't fall for cheap price and 5.2*. It should be unlisted.

I reserved a King Bed, smoking room. Upon check in, they informed me that the room i RESERVED was no longer available but they do have a double bed room available. I no longer wanted to stay due to the environment outside and not having the room I reserved available. They were unhelpful and refuse to refund my money since they did have rooms available just not the one I reserved.

Stay at your on risk!

First off the room was nasty floors looks like however clean up they sweep everything under the beds roaches crawling everywhere the only thing good was hot water and TV. If I could of gotten a refund I would've but the said I would lose the money for both days. Finally on check out day it's 10:30 am there wasn't anyone to be found at the front desk then finally he comes out his room almost 1 hour later.

My room was dirty. There was roaches, somebody elses key card, somebodys name wrote accross the top of the mirror and something sticky on the mirror. The walls were dirty, even the lamp shade was dirty. I didn't even take a shower because it was so dirty. The baseboards were dirty and coming off. It was terrible and i honestly dont know how they are still open.

Nasty hotel

The room was in need of repair. The walls were dirty and needed repair and paint. The bathtub needed repair and was rusted. There was no cover on the box spring. The mattress was thin and you can feel the springs. I had to ask for a blanket. They had mattress standing up against the outside hotel walls. Room had very poor lighting

My week in Shreveport

First off, this is a Motel 6 wanna be!! Super basic, bed & shower. The rooms need maintenance done in the worst way. Take a look at the photos. Good thing, I only saw one roach bug. Water was hot. bed was broken, had to sleep facing the center of the room because the legs for the bed was broken and the head of the bed was tilled down. Only had one towel & one wash cloth. One tiny bar of soap, one saw shampoo pack. TV never worked, the nice man at the desk could never get it to work. WI-FI was slow. Lasty, the light in the bathroom did not work, even after swapping out the blub.

Cleanliness lacking

The room was not clean - trash under both beds and behind the dresser. There was no remote for the television. It was a double room so should have been stocked with at least two towels, but there was only one. I found a cockroach on the wall. Both mirrors had lipstick messages written on them and only one light smear across each to indicate any attempt had been made at cleaning. The toilet was broken and ran non stop.The pool was disgusting, with trash floating in it, algae growing, and more trash around the surrounding grounds.There was mold and decay on the walls. I knew at this price, it wouldnt be fancy, but it could have been a lot cleaner and in decent repair. My fiance also woke up with 3 large bug bites that looked suspiciously like bed bug bites.

If you want to live don’t book at this hotel!

When we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to open the office. The guy was sitting outside in his car on the phone! The MOTEL is nothing like the pictures! While walking to our room we saw a room with the glass shattered, two kids playing around the green filthy pool, a couple having relations curtains wide open and a guy asked us if we knew where the gas was? Omg the horror! We get to the room it’s mold all over the curtains! When you enter the room on the door some lady left her name and said she stopped by and the stink from the room smelled like a lot of illegal activity were going on. The beds had stains all over the sheets, the bed was on the floor propped up on a thin phone book, there were holes all over the walls as if someone was shooting a bee bee gun. I took pictures as my proof! This was horrible! We walked in and walked out! We couldn’t stay there I felt unsafe and it was so dirty. I was there for a funeral and this experience made my 9 hour travel time worse than what it already was! I’m reporting to corporate! I’m requesting a FULL REFUND!!!!!

The stay from hell

My stay was terrible when I checked in the toilet was broken there was no towels and the TV was on the Fitz. I tried to get my room switched they told me that they didn't have any rooms available I couldn't get towels until 9:30 in the morning I couldn't get a working toilet or have maintenance look at my toilet until after 12. The man that I spoke with on the night of January 2nd that works and the evening after 10 was very rude he was a heavy set Caucasian male that wears glasses he practically threw a big fit because I asked him if he can move my room and tells me that I think that he is lying about not having a room and he goes off. I was very upset because I had a toddler with me it is unacceptable to not have a working toilet or towels and for it to be Passover to you like it's your fault that they didn't have the accommodations that they needed. The man that checked me in was very nice but the man in the late night shift was very rude and very unwilling to even comfort me I checked out immediately and did not care that it was not refundable

Wont let me uploaded the pics or finish my review

Awful place. Everything about this place has been falsely advertised and I have the pics to prove it. The hotel wouldn't give me even a partial refund. I was only asking for the 2nd night that I DIDN'T stay (because of the filth and roaches) not the 1st night that I actually stayed there. That's all I asked, which is not too much to ask for considering that we were locked out and couldn't get even check in when at the front desk when we arrived, even though the office is supposed to always be open. The key to our room would not work once we finally checked in, the sight of the room was enough to make us want to leave immediately but it was already passed 9:30 pm at night so we were going to tough it out. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke and chemicals hits you right in the face! And we of xourse, had booked the non smoking room.The lamp was on the table right in front of the TV so how were we supposed to see the TV with a big lamp and a microwave sitting right in front of it? (the only table in the room besides the bedside table) Also, the lamps didnt even work! The microwave chord was way to short to reach the plug-in where it sat so it was simply sitting there, unplugged. We had to move it to the sink area to be able to use it! Also, the beds only had 1vsheet each on them!! No quilt, no blanket, nothing. Luckily we had just stopped at a rest stop so we didn't have to use the bathroom so we didn't notice until the next morning that everything was wrong in there too!

no pme available to check us in at 7pm, door was locked, waited an hour...left my number for the staff but they sold my room and gave me the last available which the staff agreed was the WORST...didnt even step foot in it and instead drove 2 hours home at 1am...

Expedía shure not be posting fake pictures of hotels that aren’t true definitely do not recommend this Oyo hotel if I could post some pics that I took you will know what I’m talking about bed with duty sheet I reserved a non smoking room and was so strong the smell roaches all over the room no blankets only one bed sheet I ask for extra pillow guy said didn’t hove first of all we arrived and lobby where locked we have to wait till some one showed up like 30 minutes definitely do not go there! I will never come back to that location!
