Staff (manager) was super nice. However, this is basically a 1 star hotel. There were bugs, the swing lock on the front door was broken, the water came out of the faucet brown, the sheets had big holes in them, the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall, and remember ... there were bugs! Gross!

My week in Shreveport

First off, this is a Motel 6 wanna be!! Super basic, bed & shower. The rooms need maintenance done in the worst way. Take a look at the photos. Good thing, I only saw one roach bug. Water was hot. bed was broken, had to sleep facing the center of the room because the legs for the bed was broken and the head of the bed was tilled down. Only had one towel & one wash cloth. One tiny bar of soap, one saw shampoo pack. TV never worked, the nice man at the desk could never get it to work. WI-FI was slow. Lasty, the light in the bathroom did not work, even after swapping out the blub.

I am super disappointed with my stay and I can't believe OYO has their name associated with this location. The lady at the front desk was SUPER nice, and that's where it ended. I asked her for directions to my room, and she said that my room had a view of the pool. View of the swamp, I think she meant to say. The room was clean-ish
