"We stayed here to visit the small where my ancestors were from. The Chateau was very charming and comfortable. James and Celine were wonderful hosts and so helpful- our trains were inconvenient and James kindly gave us a ride to the town and next train station. The breakfast was very good. The town of Montlouis itself is very small with not much to see but James reccomended nearby Ambois has castles and many things see and do. "

"J'ai séjourné le mardi 7 février dans la chambre Ardoise, dés ma réservation effectuée, j'ai reçu un SMS de Christelle, avec toutes les indications nécessaires pour le séjour. Il est intéressant de noter que vous pouvez commander un plateau dégustation pour le dîner, ce qui est fort appréciable. Arrivé sur place, j'ai été immédiatement pris en charge par Christelle, qui m'a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de son gîte, en me faisant découvrir la très belle chambre, on peut même dire suite...

"We had such a pleasurable stay at this lovely property. The host and her family were very welcoming and accommodating and even did a load of laundry for us. Fresh baking, fruit, OJ and coffee for breakfast was a great way to start the day before we explored nearby chateaus, wineries and farmers markets. How refreshing to lounge by the pool each afternoon before enjoying dinner at one of the many local restaurants. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend this property."
