Nice stay

We had a nice stay in this flat. It was clean and spacious, and everything we needed was there, even more. The ad told us it would be 4 bedrooms, but there were only 3. You had to book and pay for a fourth bedroom, which would have been a separate flat. There were 2 clean and neat bathrooms. In the kitchen, everything you need is there.The host was friendly and helped us out with some tours for the neighbourhood. A visit to Naples with all the information you need was sent to us to help out. Overall a nice stay and a place to go back to if we are in the area again.

Cute Flat in a classic Italian neighborhood near Pompeii

The host is very sweet and great at responding to information requests. The experience was a little shocking getting there for someone used to North American roads and driving but it’s a fun adventure too. If you have a car there’s a car park nearby that’s very reasonable. The flat is cute and clean and Elvira is very attentive. There’s a pool and spa on site that we didn’t end up using but was available to us. Rooms are comfortable and the flat is large and roomy. It’s a true Italian experience for those from US and we enjoyed it. The train station is really close by if you are coming by train. We took the train into Naples and it was an easy process. Just don’t miss the last train back. Great experience.

Napoli stay to remember!

Great welcome, lovely apartment with pretty much everything you'll need. Our party of 6 had 3 bed 2 bath apartment on 1st floor, lovely and clean rooms, all except 1 bedroom and the bathrooms had direct access to terrace. Washing machine clean and worked well. Pool and garden very well looked after (pool closed for cleaning from 1pm Saturday and all day Sunday). Breakfasts and lunches in the garden avenue were a wonderful surprise addition to our stay. Elvira loves hosting and excelled at arranging trips to dream locations in the area, making for the best holiday. She was available to sort any issues we had but did not intrude. Marius' limoncello, wine and prosecco was upstaged only by his warm welcome. Our hosts, our guides and our neighbours were all friendly and the local food amazing. We were invited to watch SSC Napoli in the square and it was a fantastic atmosphere. Will never forget.I would advise a visit to MaxiMall sooner rather than later, large foodhall in the centre of some great shopping. The village location meant finding restaurants on Sunday and Monday evenings a challenge if you don't want to cook but we got tasty take out. Supermarket, farmers market, gelato and cafes nearby. Everything Elvira recommended was worth doing so you are in safe hands, it was the best

The apartment was beautiful the photos don’t do it justice. Our hosts were amazing and happy to help with any request or question. They really couldn’t have done any more to make our stay the best possible. We have already recommended them to others and really recommend this stay to everyone here!!!

Beautiful Place, but a bit isolated

Palazzo Pirozzi is a wonderful place! Be aware, though, that the local train can be overfilled or stop without warning, so you may want a backup form of transportation.The hosts are delightful people, who think of their building as their personal B&B, so they may invite you to brunch or invite themselves in to fix any issues. They're very kind and gracious, though!

Elvira’s apartment

Elvira and her husband were exceedingly generous on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble to help. We were greeted very warmly and with sincerity to make our holiday a success. The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas of Italy like Pompeii or the Amalfie coast. A stay at this apartment is highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Elvira again 👏👏👏

Horrible stay

No hot water. Elvira was not concerned with the lack of hot water and made it very difficult to get it fixed. Our pregnant daughter was very sick and we couldn't stay with the lack of hot water. The location was not represented correctly. We were put in 2 separate apartments. Very weird

Very shortly before our trip we were told that the 4 bed apartment with 3 baths was actually a 3 bed with 2 baths (an extra room and bathroom were separate but our host decided to rent them to someone else even though she confirmed the 4 bed status to us) when I complained I was told I could cancel if I liked! We already had booked flights do cancelling was not an option and we decided to make the best of it! The listing had other issues too… there was no BBQ only a foreman type grill in the kitchen… the pool was not available on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday all day and the outdoor seating area was closed every night at 7pm. We felt ripped off and to add insult to injury were told that if we fix use the pool (when it was actually open) we had to wear swimming caps!!The host however seemed to try and make it up to us and was helpful with transfers and recommendations for eating out etc.

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Appartement. Mega nette Gastgeber. Frühstück sehr umfangreich. ÖPNV mit kurzem Weg gut zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Vesuv, Pompei, Neapel, Amalfiküste, etc.);bewachter preisgünstiger Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Toller Ausgangpunkt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und gut aufgehoben gefühlt . Es entsprach der Beschreibung und wir wurden sehr persönlich und freundlich von den Gastgeber empfangen und es gab reichlich Tips. Gerne wieder!
