An amazing experience!! Our first time in Italy, Venice and the hotel were wonderful. I brought my fiancé to propose and the hotel helped out in several ways that made the trip an unforgettable experience. Rima at the front desk was amazing, was very friendly and gave so many helpful suggestions. In our opinion she deserves a promotion or a raise! The check in process was perfect, they even let us in before noon, which was perfect. The area is not great, nothing within walking distance, you need a car to moce around. The room was fine, but the barhroom was small.
