"well the room was boiling hot and aircon was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. it was 27 degrees inside the room. outside was acutally cooler. staff during day shift just not good enough to sort any issues at all. they just smile and make excuses and wont solve the problem. staff needs training. ..."

"The hotel was weird, built of glass with no air conditioning. Some staff were helpful even letting me pay city tax in cash. Others took 2 days to get me a fan for my room.
