"They are owned by Romanians with respective design choices - very cheap furnishings, hanging cables, unclean halls. Guard dogs take the ground floor and roam under the balconies gazing at the guests with funny looks. Food is very limited, overpriced, and extremely salty. The staff looks at the guests with a strange suspicion, which doesn't inspire confidence."

"Staff was great and very helpful. My daughter has some allergies and the staff really tried to help. The staff made you feel welcome, and they were always smiling. There is only one MAJOR issue, if it rains you will listen to this awful sound of the water falling on the top of a neighbour roof made of zinc and it is extremely noisy. One of the night rain heavily and I almost ask to change rooms because it is very bad. If you are staying here and it might rain, ask to stay on the left side of the hotel. Not where the swimming pool side is. The sound of the water falling in the roof is very loud and annoying. "
