"Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine...
