Clean very spacious room, beautifully furnished, big bath, hot water available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is on an esplanade. The beach is across the road. I would have given this a 5 were it not for minor opportunities for improvement ie box of tissues, hand towel and face washer weren't provided. But the price I paid for the room, amenities, and surroundings, it was a bargain. Will come back.

A little quaint hotel on the bay of Borongan. Nice clean rooms with hot water, nice beds and lovely kind staff. The breakfast too was simple but good. Will definitely visit again if I am in Borongan.

borobay hotel stay

stayed here 2 yeas ago. the onsite restaurant doesn't have much. went one block south to the kristina hotel to eat. the property is still beautiful across the road from the pacific ocean. the room was great. i always stay here when i come up from leyte to borongan. had a scrambled egg omlett and toast for breakfast. yes i would stay here again.

The aircon did not work properly, a lot of dust webs all around the room, The TV did not have a good picture not sure of the problem, Only 2 towels in room, no shampoo the soap was so small we had to go out to buy some, a lot of the fixtures were falling off the wall or not working. Had a coffee pot. no coffee or cups Great location. We will not be staying there again

Liked the location. Steps from the ocean and on the "Boulevard". Also Borongon City was very accessible. However there are issues with air conditioning, wi-fi signal strength, and hot water that need to be addressed. Clearly hot water for shaving and washing your hands is important. But I nearly scalded myself in the shower. Very difficult to adjust the temperature and flow coming out of the shower head. May as well replace the shower heads too.

スタッフは良くて快適だが！

スペシャルルームを1週間予約していたが、初日は他の部屋しかないと言われキャンセルしようとホテルズコムに電話したが、ホテルと協議しろと自動アナウンスだけで切られてしまいキャンセル出来ずオーナーから差額の半額しか返金されず不満が残ったが、スタッフの対応は迅速丁寧で帰りの送迎も予約したが、他の客が使用していて使えず市内の車も手配できなかった。スタッフよりオーナーに問題があるようだ。 宿泊中は、朝食のみで丁寧にスタッフが対応してくれたが、夕食も無く近くのホテルのレストランを利用した。ルームサービスや清掃は大変良くて感謝に値する。 夕食で他のホテルを毎回利用したので他のホテルと比較するとプールやレストランが無く残念だ。
