I wish they had more counter space in the kitchen, a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth, paper towels, softer toilet paper, face cloths, better spatula, it was shedding plastic, dogs nearby were barking every night for long periods of time. We were told to put the vent stove on every time we cooked to not set the fire alarm but other people in the hotel were forgetting so we had 3 alarms during our stay that occurred early morning. The staff was very nice and polite and very helpful.

This was our third stay at the RIU Palace Aruba. Each stay is better than the last. The property has had countless upgrades since our last stay. We love the property, the staff, the amenities and the beach. We also love how close the RIU is to downtown Noord. It's a safe, two minute walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We stayed at a different resort last year due to the remodel at the RIU Palace, but were grateful to be back at the RIU Palace this year.
