Good location and service, small family room..

Location and services were good. Room was outdated needing renovation, and small for a family room, with 4 people there was almost no place to put the luggage.

Bra bemötande från personal. Härligt med möjlighet till olika spel i lobbyn. Och popcorn. Mindre bra frukost tyvärr. Inget som stack ut, ingen smak på äggröra och bacon. Croissanterna tog slut. Ingen badrock att gå upp till bastun och fullt däruppe. Hade förväntat lite mer av frukost och spa för det priset.

Familjärt hotell i centrum med en mysig lobby med olika spel och aktiviteter vilket var kul för barnen. Rummen var OK standard men slitet och vi fick smutsiga handdukar och en smutsig hårfön som vi fick byta ut. Inget lås till toaletten. Hotellet var säkert lyxigt en gång i tiden men skulle behöva lite renovering. Vi åkte med 2 barn och betalade extra för att ha ett familjerum. Vi fick dock bara 1 extra säng så 4-åringen skulle tydligen sova i vår säng, men dubbelsängen bestod av 2 enkelsängar som var ihoptryckta så den där skarven var halvskön att sova i. Väldigt dåligt när de sa att de alltid har så för familjerum, isf kanske man ska ha sängar till alla som man bokar för, vi bokade för 4 personer och fick säng för 3. Så dubbelsäng utan skarv om man kräver att små barn ska sova i sängen med föräldrarna.
Smutsiga hårfönen som vi fick byta in.
