The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic/glass cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A special highlight is the elegant bathroom with a private sauna—a small wellness oasis where you can wonderfully unwind even on cooler days. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth and an all-around cosy indoor climate.

Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, TV, internet access, and furnishings. Pets are welcome upon request.
